What we're about
At Alchemy our dairy is rbst free, our meats are hormone & antibiotic free, we don't use hydrogenated anything, our fruit doesn't come
out of a can and we use only top quality chocolates. We try to utilize as many organic, local and seasonal products as we can.
In short, we don't use anything your grandmother wouldn't recognize.

| Chef Venis is working on a cooking show for Public Access TV! It's called Cook Out Loud with Chef Venis We'll be focusing on quick, easy & inexpensive dishes.
